UPS – Healthcare Ult Freezer Farm – Phase 2

Project consists of converting 19,000 sq feet of warehouse space into freezer space for 250 new freezers valued at $3 million while still being occupied.   Also added 4,000 sq feet of office space onto existing office space.  Scope of work included metal framing of walls up to 46 feet high, drywall, insulation and acoustic ceilings.
